Bulgarian racer Stefan Bostandjiev will make his single-seater debut in this weekend’s GB4 opener at Donington Park.

The 20-year-old Bulgarian racer, currently based in London, has been competing in sportscar racing for the past four years, achieving podium finishes in his debut season in GT4 Germany.

In 2023 he progressed to the GT4 European Series and, last season, competed in a Lamborghini in Super Trofeo Europe and at the World Finals. He also made his debut appearance at the Nürburgring Nordschleife, gained his first experience of racing in GT3 machinery, and was featured in The First Lap: The Bulgarian Racing Dream, a documentary chronicling his and his team’s journey.

For 2025, Stefan embarks on a brand-new challenge as he makes his single-seater debut. His main programme this year will be GB3 with Fortec Motorsports, but he is also expected to contest selected GB4 events when his commitments allow.
